The Nintendo Switch emulator, RyujiNX, can already run some games

Here’s an interesting article I found on today, it seems that Nintendo Switch emulator RyujiNX is already capable of running commercially available games, not really sure how I feel about this, on one hand I’m always in awe at the talents of the people that create these emulators but on the other this kind of thing often encourages piracy which I obviously don’t condone, still hopefully it will be used in a positive way to help preserve the Switch’s gaming legacy long after the system has become obsolete.

Still, it’s a pretty amazing feat to be able to run Switch games in the emulator as normally emulators surface years after the console is available one the market, heres what dsogaming.com had to say

Earlier this month, we informed you about a very promising Nintendo Switch emulator, the RyujiNX. RyujiNX is a Nintendo Switch Emulator programmed in C#, aiming to offer good performance, a friendly interface, and consistent builds. And while last week the emulator could only boot some games, this week we have some videos showing it running and going in-game in two titles.

These two titles that currently run on RyujiNX are The Binding Of isaac and Cave Story+. As you will see, both of these games are unplayable due to the awful performance.
